P&O - Pacific Adventure Overview

Vessel: P&O Pacific Adventure
Year: 2020
Passenger Capacity: 2,636 guests
Tonnage: 108,865 gross tonnage

P&O Cruises Pacific Adventure will be P&O Cruises’ first Grand Class ship and is scheduled to join the fleet in October 2020.

Built in 2001 and currently sailing as the Golden Princess, the Pacific Adventure will go through an extensive refurbishment prior to arriving in Sydney to follow the sleek Scandi-inspired style of the more recent makeovers to P&O’s fleet.

The Pacific Adventure is the sister ship to Pacific Explorer and is expected to follow the same contemporary design, showcasing popular P&O features such as the Blue Room live music venue and Oasis retreat, as well as popular restaurants. In addition, the Pacific Adventure will showcase their first exclusive retreat available to passengers booked in suites and mini suites: the Byron Beach Club. This private area, located on the top deck, will have an outdoor pool, spas and comfortable lounges perfect for a day of relaxation.

The Pacific Adventure will be the first of the brand to boast 5 berth cabins; this is exciting news for larger families sailing with P&O cruises.

Although expected to cater to many families, there will always be a place to escape it all at the Pacific Adventure’s Oasis retreat - P&O Cruises very own Adults-only area. Spanning 2 decks, Oasis will provide passengers with an exclusive area featuring a swimming pool, spa pools, lounges and its own dedicated bar.

The Byron Beach Club is a new and exciting offering onboard the Pacific Adventure that will provide an exclusive retreat for guests staying in spacious Suites, or in a limited number of designated Mini Suites. Club goers will be able to experience the best that Pacific Adventure has to offer, with a private swimming pool, spas and a private sundeck featuring a full bar and food facilities. Byron Beach Club guests will also have access to a private Dining Concierge service to ensure priority for dining times, restaurant reservations and plenty more.
