Celebrity’s specialty restaurant is a winner

Foodies and cruisers and those who are both: have you dined at Qsine yet? This restaurant, with a small cover charge and by reservation only, is something a little different, a unique experience that offers Celebrity passengers a fun, whimsical and memorable night out.

A culinary wonderland
As soon as you walk into Qsine, you can tell it’s something special. The decor reflects the lightheartedness of the menu, featuring such things as upside down light fixtures, interactive iPad menus, mismatched chairs which blend old-fashioned with ultra modern minimalist styles. Chatty staff and bright colours add to the delight of the place.

The whimsical Qsine is a fun place to eat

Although iPads are used as menus and you can send your requests to the kitchen at the touch of a screen, you aren’t left to your own devices. Waiters will talk you through the interesting and varied menu to help make the best choices for your group.

Creative presentation
Prepare to be surprised when the food makes an appearance! From the appetizers to the desserts, each item and dish is crafted in a way that defies expectations. It looks like art, and the chefs at Qsine must have a lot of fun creating it!

Sushi lollipops at Qsine

The sushi lollipops are one famous dish from the Qsine kitchen, but there are plenty of other innovative presentations - the bookshelf of Mediterranean favourites, the “painter’s mignon” plain steaks with garnish to paint on them served in small glasses, the “popcorn” fish and chips.

Delicious treats
The menu items at Qsine don’t just look good, thankfully - they taste good too. Fresh, with bold flavours, they will please any palate - and there really is something for everyone on the varied menu.

Many of the dishes are meant to be shared around the table, and the extensive menu can be a little complicated - but that’s what the waiters are for! They can suggest quantities and flavours with a little guidance from the group.

So, if you’re planning a Celebrity cruise any time soon, make sure to book a meal at the fabulous Qsine. Your senses will thank you!

I have enjoyed visiting as much of the world as possible over the years. Europe and the Mediterranean are personal favourites, but there is so much to see very close to our little Australasian corner of the globe- one of my top travel experiences was snorkeling with tropical fish and turtles in New Caledonia! Cruising is a fantastic way to see it all, and we hope to make booking a cruise easier for both first-timers and old salts. From ship tips to destination news and views, we will keep you up-to-date. Happy cruising!
