It's time to wave goodbye
As the world continues to respond to the health and economic impacts of COVID-19, these are difficult times for the cruise industry and for the wider travel industry as a whole.
Under these extreme circumstances, we’re sorry to let you know that the Cruise Sale Finder business will no longer be operating from September this year.
Due to this we are no longer accepting new cruise bookings
What will happen to existing bookings?
If you have an existing booking, it is protected and will be honoured. There is nothing you need to do.
Your booking will be supported by the Cruise Sale Finder team as normal for sailings until 30 September.
For sailings from 1 October your booking will be supported by the cruise line directly. We’re working closely with our cruise line partners to manage this transition, and you will receive communication from us by June regarding this handover.
If you have any Future Cruise Credit, this is already held directly with the cruise line and is still available for you.
If your cruise has already been suspended and your booking cancelled, we are still working through these and all refunds or Future Cruise Credits will be honoured.
- 23 March 2020We are no longer taking new bookings. If you have an existing booking with us it is protected and will be honoured, there is nothing you need to do.
- 30 September 2020We will no longer be servicing bookings at Cruise Sale Finder for sailings after this date.
- 1 October 2020Your bookings will now be held and supported by the Cruise Lines directly.
