Starting from October, any Princess passenger in possession of a Kindle account will be able to add even more romance to their journey with three free love stories inspired by Princess cruises. The line has teamed up with Amazon to offer all its cruisers free downloads - the perfect accompaniment to a Princess holiday, according to Vice President Stuart Allison.
"We strive to provide engaging experience for our guests and we know they love to read, especially while on holiday" he said. "As part of our newly relaunched Princess Book Club, avid readers will be able to participate in exciting onboard events and enjoy great stories inspired by a Princess cruise."
The three books available free to those departing on a Princess cruise from October are short love stories, and are inspired by the experiences of their authors on Princess cruises in the lovely Caribbean. They are: Kiss Me Maybe by Heather Burch, To Catch a Bouquet by Carolyn Brown and Once Upon a Night at Sea by Barbara Longley. They will be available at amazon.com/allamour for all passengers with Kindle devices or Kindle apps.
We can't think of a better added extra for a cruise holiday - a few cruising-related love stories for light reading on your balcony or by the pool. Princess does a great job of making their voyages just that little bit better with programs like this one.
Book Club Cruises
In addition to the free downloads, Princess have some special themed cruises lined up for those who really love their love stories. They will host the authors mentioned above as well as romance novelist Linda Lael Miller for two Caribbean itineraries. The sailings will include meet-and-greets with the authors, book club discussions, signings and more.
The two cruises are both Eastern Caribbean itineraries, departing from Fort Lauderdale. The first, 5 nights onboard the Regal Princess, leaves on the 3rd of November 2015. The second cruise is a week-long voyage on the Royal Princess leaving on the 8th of February 2016.
